The Concept
A fast-scaling personal training chain that needed every location to feel unmistakably theirs — from the moment a member walks in to the last piece of equipment on the shelf.
Warm birch wood throughout. Signature yellow as a brand beat, not a decoration. A spatial system modular enough to fit 100 m² or 200 m², consistent enough to open in any city without losing the identity.

Fixture Breakdown
01 — Multi-Functional Storage Cabinet
The auxiliary zone's centerpiece — and the most visually distinctive piece in the store. Three storage typologies in one structure: a yellow pegboard back panel for hanging equipment, open-shelf bays with internal lighting for bulkier items, and a full-height vertical slot for training mats.
- Cabinet body: Birch wood veneer, natural matte
- Back panel: Yellow powder-coated perforated board (brand color)
- Shelf trim: Black metal profile
- Lighting: Recessed strip LED, internal to each bay
- Function: Storage + brand signage + visual anchor — all at once
02 — Locker Room System
A two-material stacked system designed for a narrow transitional space. Warmth above, precision below — and a mirror-finish lower tier that makes the corridor feel twice as wide.
- Upper tier: Birch veneer lockers, push-open, no visible hardware, numbered in black typography
- Lower tier: Mirror-finish stainless steel shoe lockers, flush pull recesses
- Logic: Same structural rhythm, two different material registers — premium without being heavy
03 — Entry Culture Wall
Not a mounted screen — a manufactured unit. The digital display is recessed into a custom-built birch panel frame with black metal edge molding, running brand content, trainer profiles, and member results.
- Panel: Birch wood veneer
- Frame edge: Black metal profile
- Screen: Client-supplied, PSP Display-integrated into cabinet structure
- Adjacent: Brand mascot graphic on tile-grid wall partition
04 — Water Bar & Consultation Zone
Full-wall cabinetry in the same birch veneer as the rest of the space, with refrigerator integration and under-counter storage. The consultation room is separated by a frosted glass + birch panel partition — the brand mascot printed directly onto the glass, turning a functional divider into a brand moment.
