We partnered with a leading Asian premium jewelry brand to develop and manufacture a comprehensive Store Identity system. This large-scale project encompassed a complete retail rollout strategy, adapting the luxurious brand experience across various retail formats—ranging from expansive 500 sqm flagship stores to compact 30 sqm mall islands. Our scope included SI standardization, bespoke showcase manufacturing, and global material engineering.
Striking Architectural Facade
To establish a dominant and recognizable presence in premium shopping districts, we engineered a breathtaking storefront facade. The exterior features a massive installation of translucent patterned glass, intricately designed with flowing, illuminated lines. This dynamic architectural element creates a mesmerizing glow, drawing high-net-worth foot traffic while establishing an aura of absolute luxury before the customer even steps inside.
Strategic Layout for High-Value Transactions
The interior space is meticulously mapped to optimize customer flow and extend dwell time. For the flagship locations, we implemented a central island display system to anchor the space, surrounded by ergonomic sit-down consultation counters. To cater to VIP clients and after-sales services, a dedicated Customer Service Center was integrated into the layout, providing a private and highly professional environment for high-value negotiations.
Precision-Crafted Display Showcases
The bespoke display fixtures serve as the silent salespeople of this project. We utilized a sophisticated two-tone design, blending beige baked enamel with deep coffee baked enamel to create a grounded, elegant base. Framed seamlessly with brushed champagne gold stainless steel, these showcases offer a highly refined aesthetic. Inside the cabinets, premium velvet was selected to absorb excess light, ensuring the brilliance of the diamonds and gold remains the absolute focus.

A successful SI system relies on the strict standardization of premium materials. For this brand rollout, our engineering team curated a highly consistent and luxurious material palette to ensure every franchised store maintains the exact same standard of luxury. Key materials include translucent patterned glass for luminous facades, flawless baked enamel for cabinet finishes, and brushed champagne gold stainless steel for structural accents.
